The legacy Zasac Cloud mail server has been retired. All mailboxes now run on Microsoft 365. Please use Outlook for email and Microsoft Teams for chat & meetings — signing in with your existing docme.cloud email address and password.
If you previously accessed mail through mail.zasac.cloud (webmail / IMAP / POP / SMTP),
that service is no longer active. Update your desktop and mobile apps to Microsoft 365 and sign in
with your @docme.cloud credentials. Your email address and password remain unchanged.
One set of credentials — your existing docme.cloud email and password — unlocks both.
Your mailbox, calendar and contacts on Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.
Instant messaging, channels, video meetings and file collaboration.
Your email address and password are exactly the same as before — nothing to re-register.
Go to outlook.office.com or teams.microsoft.com in any modern browser, or install the Outlook / Teams app on your desktop or phone.
Type your existing work email address in the format your.name@docme.cloud and click Next.
Use your current docme.cloud email password — the same credentials you use today. No password reset is required.
Choose “Yes” to stay signed in on trusted devices, and you’re ready to send mail and join Teams.
